Unlimited re-dos

Tell us what isn't landing — a line, a name, the feel, the voice — and we'll keep refining your song until it's right. There is no cap on revisions and no charge for them.

Refunds

• Song-only orders: request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Orders with a keepsake: request a refund any time before you approve your song for engraving or printing. Once you approve it, the keepsake goes into production and can't be refunded — it's made for one person and can't be resold.
• How long: refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.

If you take a refund, the song is no longer yours to use.

Returns and exchanges

Every keepsake is personalised, so we can't accept returns or exchanges. If yours arrives damaged or defective, email hello@songbond.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

Delivery times

Standard song delivery is within 24 hours after payment. Optional Express delivery is within 1 hour after payment when selected before checkout, with the extra cost shown before checkout. Keepsakes are made 2–3 days after you approve your song and arrive 5–7 days after that in the US and UK, 7–10 days everywhere else. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
