Questions, answered
Do I need a phone to play it?
No. Press the button on the front and the song plays from the speaker itself. The QR code is there so anyone else in the room can open the gift page and hear it too — it is a bonus, not the way it works.
What gets engraved on it?
The song's title, your names, one line you choose, and the date. You see the song first: nothing is engraved until you have heard the final mix and approved it.
When does it arrive?
The song is with you within 24 hours, or within the hour with Express (+$15). The Soundbox is made 2–3 business days after you approve the song and arrives 5–7 business days after that within the US. Shipping is free with a song.
Can I use it as a normal speaker?
Yes. It pairs over Bluetooth like any other speaker and recharges over USB-C. Their song just happens to be the one already on it.
What if the song is not right?
Tell us what is not landing and we keep refining until it is. Unlimited re-dos until it's perfect, or a full refund — and because the Soundbox is only made after you approve the song, there is no risk of engraving the wrong thing.
