Every Songbond order is delivered digitally. Some orders also include a printed keepsake — here's how both work.

Digital Delivery (All Orders)

Your custom song arrives as an MP3 audio file plus a PDF lyric sheet, sent as a secure download link to your email.

  • Standard delivery: 24–48 hours from order placement.
  • Express delivery: 6–12 hours (available for an additional fee).
  • Delivery method: secure download link emailed to the address on your order.
  • Lifetime access: your files stay available to re-download.

Printed Keepsake — Lyrics Card

If you choose the Digital + Lyrics Card option, you'll receive a premium printed card featuring your lyrics and a QR code that plays your song.

Approval first

Your card prints only after you approve the final design. We email you a digital preview of the song and card layout; reply to approve or request adjustments. Production begins once you confirm.

Production and shipping times

  • Production: 2–3 business days after your approval.
  • US shipping: 5–7 business days via USPS First Class.
  • International shipping: 10–21 business days, depending on destination.
  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Tracking: emailed to you once your card ships.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery can be affected by customs processing, local postal schedules, and seasonal peaks.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your card is lost or stolen in transit, contact us right away at hello@songbond.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.

Your song should move you. If it doesn't, we'll make it right — here's how our guarantee works.

Unlimited Revisions

Before anything is final, you get unlimited revisions. Tell us what you'd like adjusted and our team will refine your song until you're happy with the result.

100% Money-Back Guarantee

  • Digital-only orders: request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Orders with a lyrics card: request a refund anytime before you approve the card for shipping.
  • Processing time: refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refund method: back to your original payment method.

If you receive a refund, you forfeit the rights to use the created song.

After Your Card Ships

Once you've approved your song and card and it has shipped, we're unable to offer a refund — you've reviewed and approved the final design, the card is custom-printed and can't be resold, and production and shipping costs have already been incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

Because every order is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges on physical products. If your card arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost — contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@songbond.com with your order number and what went wrong, and we'll take care of you. We respond within 24 hours.
