1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our site or buying from us, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. Our Service
Songbond creates personalized, studio-quality custom songs based on the details you provide. Our songs are made by artists — songwriters, musicians, and producers — with the help of AI. Every song is reviewed by our team before it reaches you.
3. Orders and Payment
Custom songs start at $39 (USD), with optional add-ons such as express delivery and an instrumental version. Full payment is required upfront, and we begin work once payment is received. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or description, or content that violates these terms.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours from order placement; express delivery (6–12 hours) is available for an additional fee. Songs are delivered digitally as an MP3 audio file and a PDF lyric sheet, sent to your email. For physical keepsakes, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with your song. Revision requests should stay within the spirit of your original brief; we may limit excessive requests that substantially change the original concept.
6. Refunds
We stand behind our work with a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of delivery for digital orders. If you request and receive a refund, you forfeit all rights to use the created song. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Ownership and Licensing
Once your order is paid in full, you receive full commercial usage rights to your custom song for personal or promotional use. Songbond retains the right to use anonymized excerpts of our work as samples or for promotion, without sharing your personal story.
8. Confidentiality
The personal information and stories you share are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
We will not create songs that are illegal, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline any request that violates these standards.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Songbond and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Songbond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Songbond and its team from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms — for example, content you ask us to include that infringes someone else's rights.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Wyoming.
